HAWTHORN midfielder Bradley Hill will miss up to six weeks after suffering a wrist injury at training Monday.

GM - Football Operations Chris Fagan confirmed scans yesterday revealed a hairline fracture in Hill's wrist.

“Scans yesterday revealed Bradley has a hairline fracture in his wrist,” Fagan told hawthornfc.com.au.

"It is an unfortunate outcome for Brad and the team.

"Injuries are part and parcel of AFL football, so we will deal with it and move forward. The upside is that it gives another player the opportunity to step up in Bradley's absence."
