To win one is amazing, to win four is almost unheard of.

But an exclusive group of Hawthorn players have managed just that.

Following the Hawks 2015 grand final victory, the four-peat crew was born.

Sam Mitchell, Jordan Lewis, Cyril Rioli, Jarryd Roughead, Grant Birchall and Luke Hodge became the only current day Hawks to have won four premierships in the brown and gold.
