Kicking off our countdown at #10 is Simon Taylor, drafted with pick #53 in 2004.
The 206cm ruckman made his debut 2005, playing 17 games in his first season with the Hawks.
In 2007 and 2008 Simon shared the ruck responsibilities with Rob Campbell and played every game he was available for until he was dropped in round 22.
Taylor was overlooked for the 2008 Grand Final with the backup ruck position taken by Brent Renouf.
He bounced back to play 18 games in 2009, more than Campbell or Renouf, however during a pre-season game against North Melbourne, Taylor broke his ankle and missed most of the 2010 season.
Due to persistent injuries Taylor was delisted after the 2010 season having played 85 games for the club.
