Hawthorn will continue a newfound tradition in 2018, with the club set to clash with Sydney for the annual beyondblue Cup in Round 8.
The event has been held each year since its inception in 2006, with the last four cups contested between the Hawthorn and Sydney Football Clubs.
The Hawks will be looking to tilt the results in their favour, with both clubs heading into the 2018 clash with two wins apiece.
The beyondblue Cup aims to shine a light on mental health, in an effort to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues and encourage individuals to have meaningful conversations with their loved ones.
