The Hawks will likely be buoyed by the return of their skipper ahead of Saturday’s all-important clash with the Swans.
Jarryd Roughead has missed the last two weeks with an ankle complaint but, according to Director of High Performance Andrew Russell, is in the frame to return.
“We expect Rough to play,” Russell said.
“He settled down really well with that ankle.
“He’ll train today and train Thursday, and we expect to see him out there this week.”

The side could be without James Frawley however, after the full back injured his back in Saturday night’s win over St Kilda.
“He jarred his back and he was a bit sore so he couldn’t come back on,” Russell said.
“He’s settling down, so he’ll be a test and it’s probably 50 50 at this stage as to whether he plays.”
Hawthorn could also get Jon Ceglar (corked calf) and Ricky Henderson (hip) back as the side vies for a position in the top four and the all-important double chance.
