Mitch Lewis has continued to make a name for himself in 2022, landing Hawthorn’s fan-voted MVP following the side's Round 2 win over Port Adelaide.
The 199cm key forward had a night to remember as he kicked five goals straight in a commanding display to help his side to a big win at Adelaide Oval.

Lewis was particularly dominant in the third quarter, booting four majors in a 28-minute purple patch, before going on to finish the game with a career-best five goals to his name.
The 23-year-old’s impressive performance came off the back of a three-goal haul against the Kangaroos in Round 1.
He now currently sits on top of the Coleman Medal leaderboard alongside Sydney’s Isaac Heeney and the North Melbourne's Nick Larkey.
