Three Hawks will return to the side ahead of Easter Monday's blockbuster clash with Geelong at the MCG.
Hawthorn youngster Jacob Koschitzke is set to make his first senior appearance for this year, while Liam Shiels and Tom Phillips also feature in the team.
Koschitzke has broken into the starting 22 after being named as an emergency in recent weeks.
Shiels was among the best on ground at Box Hill last Sunday following his impressive 28-disposal performance.
Phillips has also impressed at VFL level, averaging 28 disposals across his two outings with Box Hill this year.
James Worpel, Daniel Howe and Finn Maginness have been omitted from the starting line-up, but have all been named as emergencies alongside ruckman Max Lynch.
Head of Football Rob McCartney said the club was pleased to welcome the trio back into the team.
"Kosi returns to the side this week after starting the season at Box Hill," McCartney said.
"As he showed last year at AFL level, he is a great competitor and can challenge opposition defenders in the air and with his work rate.
"He’s been named as our emergency in recent weeks and is keen to grab this opportunity.
"Tom returns on the back of strong form at VFL level. His run will be important against the Cats on Monday.
"Liam also returns after almost 30 disposals at Box Hill last week. The big Easter Monday stage will be familiar to Pup and we feel his leadership and composure is something we lacked last week."
The Hawks will be eager to return to the winners' list when they take on rivals Geelong for the first time since Round 3 last year.
The match will also see star forward Jack Gunston chalk up his 200th game in the brown and gold since crossing from Adelaide ahead of the 2012 season.
Monday’s game will kick off at the MCG at 3.20pm and will be broadcast on Channel 7, Fox Footy and Kayo.
