Hawthorn has made four changes for its match-up against Fremantle on Saturday night in Perth.
With VCE exams in full swing, Jasmine Fleming and Laura Elliott come out of the side while Janet Baird and Zoe Barbakos have been omitted.
However, the Hawks will be boosted by the inclusion of senior players Louise Stephenson and Kate McCarthy as well as young guns Bridget Deed and Sophie Locke.
The team will be looking to send Vice-Captain Jess Duffin off with a win in her final AFLW game.
