Changkuoth Jiath will make his first appearance of the year in Thursday’s practice game against Collingwood in Launceston.
Jiath was managed in the Hawks' opening hit-out against Geelong last week, but will take his place in the side's final tune-up before Round 1.
New recruit Cooper Stephens (concussion) and draftee Cam Mackenzie (hamstring) will also be available for selection after recovering from their respective injuries.
Meanwhile, Luke Breust is also set to be available for the clash with the Magpies.
