Bio: Lucas-Rodd’s first season at the Hawks was history-making. The 27-year-old was appointed as Hawthorn’s inaugural AFLW captain before going on to notch up their 50th game and then finally, taking out the Hawks’ inaugural best and fairest award. Lucas-Rodd averaged 14 disposals and laid an impressive 84 tackles for the season, ranking fifth in the competition for that statistical category. Prior to joining Hawthorn, Lucas-Rodd played 43 games for Carlton and St Kilda.
