Bio: After being sidelined by injury for most of the season, Richardson made her debut for Hawthorn in Round 6, Season 7 and made an immediate impact in defence. She averaged 8.6 disposals and 2.8 tackles from her five appearances. Prior to playing AFLW with the Hawks, the 21-year-old was one of the club’s most consistent VFLW defenders. In just her second season in the brown and gold, the 20-year-old averaged 12.5 disposals, 3.9 marks and 2.7 tackles from 10 games, winning herself a spot in the Team of the Year.
