Hawthorn has made two changes for its clash with Brisbane on Sunday afternoon at Kinetic Stadium, Frankston.

Experienced defender Louise Stephenson and emerging forward Mattea Breed return to the side in place of the injured Mackenzie Eardley and omitted Bridget Deed.

Stephenson has made a full recovery from a concussion she sustained in the Hawks' Round 3 loss to Fremantle while Breed has earned a recall after being omitted for that same game.

Sunday's game promises to be a hotly contested one, with All Australian duo Emily Bates and Greta Bodey set to face their old side for the first time since crossing over to the Hawks.

Tickets for the game are $10 for adults while kids go in free.
