West Perth forward Jasper Scaife is now a Hawk after being selected by the club with Pick 5 in the AFL mid-season rookie draft on Wednesday night.
The 19-year-old has kicked 11 goals across his seven WAFL games so far this season while also averaging 5.1 score involvements per game.
His early-season form was rewarded with selection in the senior WAFL State squad.
Scaife also represented WA in the Under 18 championships two years ago.
Not only is the 197cm emerging forward lauded for his precise and powerful kicking, but he has also impressed with his athleticism and aerial ability, averaging 4.8 marks for the Falcons this year.
