Connor Macdonald is Hawthorn’s Round 20 MVP after a stellar performance against the Crows at Adelaide Oval.

Macdonald was creating scores left and right, with two goals of his own to impact on the scoreboard, coming in the first and fourth quarters respectively.

He also racked up a career-high 28 disposals, with half of those possessions resulting in a score, contributing a game-high 14 score involvements and an equal game-high three goal assists.

Macdonald also proved pivotal in terms of pressure, with an equal game-high two tackles inside 50 and four tackles overall.

This marks Macdonald’s first MVP nomination of the 2024 season, following a well-rounded performance.

The Hawks will gear up for another game on the road in Round 21, heading to Canberra to face the Giants.
