Hawthorn were dominant in their collection of coaches votes following its 37-point win over the Bulldogs in Friday night's Elimination Final.
Seven Hawks were among the votes, with Jai Newcombe recording a perfect 10.
Skipper James Sicily polled six votes, Karl Amon and Lloyd Meek each got four, Calsher Dear tallied three, Massimo D’Ambrosio collected two and Connor Macdonald rounded out the votes with one.
Newcombe finished with a game-high 35 disposals, an equal game-high 10 score involvements and a goal of his own.
Sicily once again led his side well from the defensive end, with 23 disposals, 11 marks and nine intercept possessions.
Amon managed a game-high 608 metres gained, 22 disposals and five tackles.
Meek set the tone for his side early, kicking the Hawks first goal and continued his dominance with 46 hit outs and 23 disposals.
Dear had arguably his best game to date, exuding confidence in his first final in his first season. He kicked three goals from 10 disposals, had eight score involvements and a game high three tackles inside 50.
D’Ambrosio amassed 32 disposals, with 13 contested possessions and seven score involvements.
MacDonald booted two goals and had an equal game-high 10 score involvements, as well as 23 disposals.
