On day two of pre-season for the first to fourth year players, the group was put through a boxing session at the Ricoh Centre before jumping on the bikes to get some miles in their legs.

Players grabbed a partner and did a number of different boxing sets, with some working with the Club's fitness staff.

Following that, the players hopped on the new exercise bikes as they sweated it out in the gym.

International rookie Kurt Heatherley boxes with one of the Club's fitness staff.

Matt Suckling is on the comeback trail and looking fit as he teams up with Angus Litherland.

He connects with a right hook.

Ryan Schoenmakers is also making his way back from injury, he protects himself as he works with partner, Sam Grimley.

Litherland now works the gloves with Suckling.

Premiership player Bradley Hill looks focused during the session.

It's fair to say Schoenmakers has worked hard in the gym while injured.

Ben McEvoy was keen to impress, boxing with great intensity.

Next the players headed onto the bikes to get more miles in their legs. Litherland sweats it out.

Grimley keeps focused as he pedals away.

It's one in, all in at Hawthorn.
