After Sunday's narrow NAB Challenge loss to North Melbourne in Shepparton, the Hawks got back to work to continue their pre-season training ahead of the season proper.
The morning started out on the track with some light skills before settling into a boxing session in the warm-up area of the gym.
Once that was down, it was straight into the gym for an upper body weights session.
It was a big day of training for the players, who worked hard throughout the morning.
