BOX Hill Hawks enjoyed their 11^th win of the VFL season on Saturday, to move a game clear inside the top two.

Hawks’ Coach Marco Bello said there were a number of strong Hawthorn-listed players in the Hawks’ 39-point VFL win against Richmond on Saturday.

Jonathan Simpkin

 “Jonathan Simpkin had 33 disposals, he would have had five or six inside-50s and six or so tackles as well. At both ends of the game he made an impact.”

Jonathon Ceglar

“Jonathon Ceglar gave us first use – he had 48 hit-outs and our midfielders reaped the rewards of that.”

“Tim O’Brien in the forward line finished with three goals, and he could have quite possibly finished with four or five.
