The Hawthorn Football Club would like to extend its sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Hawthorn life member Norm Lord, who passed away on Saturday aged 85.
Lord served as a runner for the club between 1972 and 1980, playing part in two Hawthorn premierships during this period.
He was awarded life membership of the Hawks in 1976.
His commitment to the club continued throughout the years, with Lord playing an active role in the Past Players & Officials Association, assisting at club family days, and generously donating items from his personal collection to the Hawks museum.
