Jaeger O’Meara v Scott Pendlebury
Two of the classiest midfielders in the business.
O’Meara will come into Friday’s game against Collingwood full of confidence following a 37-possession game against the Eagles in Round 15.
Pendles will be looking to inspire his team following their lacklustre performance against North Melbourne.
Despite his team’s poor performance, Pendlebury was named in the best last week collecting 33 possessions for his side.
Which midfielder will provide their team with composure and polish?
Jack Gunston v Darcy Moore
Both Gunston and Moore are tall, athletic and read the play well.
Gunston has been quiet in the weeks since his six-goal haul against Port Adelaide in Round 10.
The agile forward will be looking for a big night out and there’s no bigger stage than a Friday night at the MCG.
Moore is one of the best defenders in the competition and averages five rebound 50s a game.
His ability to intercept mark and send his team from defence to attack has been one of the reasons Collingwood have been performing so well this season.
Will Moore beat Gunston in the air?
Or will Gunston catch Moore off-guard with his footy-smarts?

James Sicily v Jordan De Goey
These two have the ability to turn a game on its head.
De Goey has kicked 28 goals so far this season, with at least one goal in every match.
The small forward can take a screamer, check-side a goal from the boundary or sneak a cheeky goal out the back of a pack.
Sicily will love the challenge of taking on the in-form De Goey and will enjoy nothing more than shutting down one of the best small forwards in the competition.
Will Sicily be able to stop the electric De Goey?
