Midfielder Ricky Henderson will remain a Hawk until at least the end of 2020.
Henderson enjoyed a career-best campaign in 2019, averaging 24.6 disposals and 4.2 inside 50s across his 22 appearances.
The 31-year-old’s numbers this year ranked amongst the game’s elite, recording the fourth-most marks of any player in the competition and the eighth-most uncontested possessions.
GM – Football Graham Wright said the club was extremely pleased to be able to secure Henderson’s services into 2020.
“Hendo has been a very valuable player for us over the past three years,” Wright said.
“He took his game to another level in 2019 and made the wing position his own.
“We’re looking forward to seeing what he can produce next year.”
Arriving at the club as a delisted free agent in 2017, Henderson has played 62 games in the brown and gold in his three seasons since.
