Essendon is counting on Fantasia to be back from the virus that has ruled him out the past two weeks. Corr looks set to miss at least one game, but Kennedy should have recovered in time to face the Hawks. Brett Deledio (calf) is available but the Giants NEAFL team has a bye and he's unlikely to come straight back into the AFL side, so he's a chance to return next week. - Adam Curley |

He is expected to return after the mid-season bye. Ebert has been ruled out of Saturday night's Showdown with concussion, while Jonas will miss a third straight game with a calf strain. Richmond's ever-growing injury list has seen classy forward Rioli and integral intercept defender Vlastuin join its ranks, with the club still to confirm the time frame for the pair. Rioli has been battered from pillar to post over the past few weeks, suffering a number of corkies to his thigh and then copping a knock to the ribs against the Dogs.
