Hawks Division 1 coach Adrian Ballantyne expects a fast, high-scoring game.
“I think it will be high-scoring,” said Ballantyne.
“They’ve put up 50 nearly 60 goals both times they’ve played against us and last time we put up 63 goals so both teams tend to be high scoring.
“It should be pretty fast paced, pretty high scoring and yeah I think it will be really tight.”
Ballantyne believes his side’s defence will be the key to their success.
“The second time we played them we probably just got our defensive structures right, which was able to curb the influence of their attackers a little bit, so yeah we’ll be looking to hopefully put up a similar performance tonight.”
The game between the Hawks and the Express is played at the State Netball and Hockey Centre tonight beginning at 7.00pm.
