It’s a big weekend of footy for Hawks fans, with the Box Hill men set to kick things off at Etihad Stadium with their curtain raiser match ahead of Hawthorn’s Round 16 hit out.

Seventh-placed Box Hill will face sixth-placed Footscray as both teams look to keep a hold of the top eight.

Jonathan O’Rourke returns to the line up after a week off, while Tim O’Brien comes back following another stint at AFL level.

The Hawthorn women will then host Williamstown at 11.30am on Sunday morning at Box Hill City Oval. 

The Hawks are up into second place on the VFLW ladder following last week’s win, and have the opportunity to jump ahead of Collingwood, with the Pies facing the strong NT Thunder line up away from home. 

Ruck Abbey Tanner comes into the fold for her first game of 2018, while Captain Emma Mackie returns from a week’s rest.
