Hawthorn has confirmed three changes to its side ahead of Saturday night’s final home and away clash against the Swans.

Skipper Jarryd Roughead headlines the inclusions, returning after two weeks on the sidelines with an ankle issue.

“Jarryd is obviously a big inclusion for us, both for our forward line structure and from a leadership perspective,” GM-Football Graham Wright said.

The Hawks will be without James Frawley however, after the defender jarred his back against St Kilda.

“We’ve given James every opportunity to get himself right, but unfortunately he’s still experiencing some soreness,” Wright said.

“He’ll miss this week, and we’re hopeful he’ll be back to 100 per cent fitness come the first week of finals.”

Ricky Henderson comes back in after missing Round 22 through hip soreness, while David Mirra is preparing to add to his tally of five AFL games. Conor Glass and Marc Pittonet have been omitted.

The winner of this weekend’s game will lock in a top four position and the all-important double chance.
