Kane Cornes shares his AFL Team of the Week.
Greater Western Sydney star Lachie Whitfield is one of the hottest players in the competition and he once again deserved selection in my Round 20 Team of the Week, brought to you by AccorHotels.
This was the fourth week in a row I've picked him, and his brilliant kicking and clean hands stood out in the opening term especially against Carlton as the Giants dominated the Blues.
Another big reason they look so dangerous is the form of Josh Kelly, who was outstanding through the midfield.
Melbourne thrashed Gold Coast and Clayton Oliver was stiff to miss out, as was Richmond running machine Kane Lambert. Despite St Kilda's loss to the Western Bulldogs, Seb Ross was unlucky after playing well and hitting the scoreboard.

He goes a little underrated but Dane Rampe held firm down back against Collingwood. Tom Hawkins had been on fire so Alex Rance's effort to keep him to one goal was impressive. Across half-back, Christian Salem used the ball well, while Jason Johannisen cut through St Kilda with sheer speed. Ben Stratton is so reliable for Hawthorn while Whitfield was great again.
If Kelly receives the ball with time and space, he will make opposition sides pay. It was no surprise to see Tom Mitchell rack up the football once again. After his Showdown performance, it was not hard to see why Adelaide gave Rory Sloane a five-year contract. The ruck efforts of Brodie Grundy for Collingwood this season have been phenomenal, while for the Cats, captain Joel Selwood unsurprisingly stood up in a big game once again. Elliot Yeo was a deserving winner of the Glendinning-Allan Medal.
The work rate of Jesse Hogan stood out in a comprehensive victory for the Demons. Continuing his good form was Jack Riewoldt up forward for Richmond, while Dayne Zorko was sharp for Brisbane. Five goals to Jack Gunston saw him selected in an excellent effort as Hawthorn beat Essendon, while Sydney superstar Lance Franklin shook off any concerns surrounding his lack of training with six himself. No-one should have been shocked to see Robbie Gray have put in another dazzling display against Adelaide.
He kicked the controversial match-winner but what wasn't in doubt was Josh Jenkins' starring role for the Crows. The role in attack suits North Melbourne skipper Jack Ziebell. Geelong needs to hold on to Tim Kelly – he is an absolute jet. For the Giants, Stephen Coniglio showed what makes him such a gun.
