The Hawks are nearing the end of their Queenstown adventure, with just one more day of training to go before the boys head to Christchurch for a trek through the mountains.
Day 4 certainly wasn't wasted, as the team stepped things up with intense skills, running and tackling sessions. Coach Alastair Clarkson threw in his own challenge, getting the boys to do laps while carrying a weighted tyre.
But, they still had time for some fun, finishing the day with a rock climbing race at the Queenstown Events Centre.
