Jaeger O’Meara
29 disposals, 2 marks, 7 tackles, 3 goals
“He played around 70 minutes game-time. He just looked like he was running on top of the ground. It would have been nice to have him on the ground in the last quarter. But I think we managed his game time really well and the main objective was to get him to come out the other side feeling good, which I think he has. So, it was a bit of reward for all of his hard work in rehab. He just looked really clean around the stoppage. His buy-in in terms of understanding the Box Hill players’ names and trying to put everything into that was fantastic. So, it was a pretty good return for three quarters of footy, after missing so much footy as well.” CN

Dallas Willsmore
19 disposals, 8 marks, 4 tackles, 2 goals
“Dall played a bit more wing again after a few weeks more forward. He’s a midfielder that loves to hit the scoreboard and he did that, kicking two goals. His ball use was good. He would have been slightly disappointed to a degree with his ball use last week, but that was back on track this week. He set us up really well off the wing with six inside 50s, which is what we want from Dall, using his leg forward of centre.” CN
Kurt Heatherley
18 disposals, 5 marks, 2 tackles
“He just competed all day. He spent a bit of time on (Essendon’s Shaun) McKernan when he was forward, who can be a dangerous player when he gets up and going. Kurt also provided us with a bit of offensive stuff which was good.” CN
Kade Stewart
18 disposals, 3 marks, 5 tackles, 1 goal
“11 of his possessions were contested. I know I harp on about it a lot but, around the contest, he is so intense and provides such a great contest. He is constantly hitting the scoreboard and providing us with a bit of grunt. For such a small frame, he just throws his body around so much. He kicked one goal, which he usually does.” CN
Harry Morrison
17 disposals, 5 marks, 3 tackles
“Probably not his greatest day with ball in hand, his efficiency was a little bit lower than what it usually is. But his workrate every week is outstanding, he is always one of the highest on the GPS. He started back and then, through necessity, had to go into a forward-mid rotation so he can play all lines, but we’d love to settle him in a position. I think that’s when we will get our best footy out of him.” CN

Marc Pittonet
17 disposals, 2 marks, 4 tackles, 48 hit-outs
“He has been in really good touch. He probably gave us dominance in the ruck. He took a few marks inside 50 and, although we didn’t get great value out of them, it was good to see him getting forward and at least having shots on goal. He’s been really consistent though and his workrate to push forward and provide an option while also getting back and helping has been tremendous.” CN
Ollie Hanrahan
15 disposals, 1 mark, 1 tackle, 1 goal
“He played predominantly forward. We were just stacked a little bit in the inside mid department so it’s hard to get everyone in. We’d love to get Ollie in a little bit more though. We probably want him using his feet a little bit more than his hands (six kicks, nine handballs). But to have ten contested possessions, as a guy whose main strength is what he can do on the outside, he is showing that he can still go in and win it. He’s going to continue to get better.” CN
Paul Puopolo
12 disposals, 3 marks, 5 tackles, 1 goal
“The stats probably don’t impact his workrate. He worked pretty hard around the contest to try and put some forward pressure on. He played 70% forward and 30% midfield. He had two score assists. It was just good for ‘Poppy’ to be running around and playing footy again.” CN
Kieran Lovell
10 disposals, 2 marks, 1 tackle
“Lovell came into half-time with a bit of a stinger in his shoulder. We will just have to wait and see on how he pulls up. He was OK when he was on, but hopefully he recovers well” CN
Ty Vickery
10 disposals, 1 mark, 1 tackle
“We probably had minimal impact from our talls this week. It was the way the game was played, we didn’t get a lot of supply when we were against the wind and then when we were with it, there were a bulk amount of defenders that we had to try to get through. So a lot of our talls just had to force a contest, which I thought Ty did well. He hasn’t troubled the scorers at all this week, which is probably the first time since he has played with us. But it was just one of those days for Ty.” CN
Conor Nash
9 disposals, 3 marks, 1 rebound 50
“I think the most pleasing part for Conor is he is starting to get himself in positions to mark the ball from opposition boot. He had a couple of those this week. For a guy that hasn’t been playing the game long, he puts a lot of work into understanding how the game is played and developing little tricks here and there. He is constantly learning and you can see that in the way he plays. We’d like to see him get a bit more ball in hand, because he can use his bigger frame and take the game on. He’ll keep progressing.” CN
