The changes

PORT Adelaide have named an unchanged line-up for Thursday's blockbuster clash with the Hawks.

The Power have made no alteration to their side that defeated Richmond by 38-points in Round 15.

The likes of Jimmy Toumpas (40 disposals) and Paul Stewart (38) both fired in the SANFL last weekend but Hinkley has backed in his players who performed against Richmond.

“We’ll reward a winning team, we’ll go in unchanged,” Hinkley said.

What to expect

The Power impressed last week in their victory over Richmond but will need to be prepared for a fierce attack from the Hawks after Alastair Clarkson told the media it is "game on".

Clarkson questioned the Power's ability to play "sustainable" football and admitted the Hawks have been "ambushed" by Port Adelaide's physicality in their past few meetings.

Clarkson's comments, combined with the fact the Hawks have only beaten Port once in their last four meetings, have all but ensured another fierce battle between these two sides.

With top spot on the line for the Hawks and Port Adelaide's finals hopes hanging in the balance, the stage is set for one of the biggest games in 2016.

Players to watch

Jay Schulz played his first senior game since Round one last weekend and is looking to reignite his form from 2014, after he was hampered by injury for most of last year.

Kane Mitchell also returned for his first game of the 2016 season and did the job on Richmond Captain, Trent Cotchin.

The 26-year-old had 24 possessions, eight tackles and could be used by Port in an attempt to nullify Hawks' ball winner Sam Mitchell.
