Tom Scully's reputation as one of the game's best running men has been further enhanced with the release of Hawthorn GPS data from 2019.
Scully was the only Hawk to surpass the 300-kilometre mark across his 21 games in the brown and gold last year.
The former Giant averaged 14,546.8 metres per game, being one of just three Hawks to go beyond the 14-kilometre threshold each outing.
In terms of match averages though, fellow ironman Isaac Smith took the cake in 2019, averaging not far shy of 15 kilometres across his 19 games.
Although Smith missed three games throughout last year's campaign between Rounds 8-10, he still covered more distance than seven of the 12 Hawks who played as many or more games than him.
Another notable Hawk who overcame some time on the sidelines to still manage to finish in the club's top 10 was Jack Gunston.
The 2018 All Australian missed two games but finished ninth in the side's rankings on the year.
