Waverley Park was one of the several iconic Melbourne landmarks lit up in blue last night, as the city remembered the lives of four police officers sadly killed in the line of duty on Wednesday afternoon.

The initiative was made possible by lighting company Resolution X, with well-known sites like Rod Laver Arena, Flinders St Station, Melbourne Town Hall all glowing blue in honour of Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor, Senior Constable Kevin King, Constable Glen Humphris and Constable Josh Prestney.
