After defeating the Lions by 48 points in Tasmania on Saturday, the Hawks took to the training track on Tuesday to move pass the victory and focus on their Round 2 opponents, Essendon.

The players completed a number of different skills work and drills, ranging from contact, in-close work to full ground match simulation after practicing their goal kicking before the session.

Voices and spirits were high throughout the training run that last for over 90 minutes.
