There's no such thing as a slow start in the morning during pre-season and that was true for the first-to-fourth year players on Tuesday.

After a tough opening week of training last week, the group began their Tuesday training with a tough boxing and bike session.

Working in pairs, the players were put through their paces by the Club's boxing coach and under the watchful eye of Head Fitness Coach Andrew Russell.

Another familiar face appeared at the Club early, with this year's best and fairest winner Jordan Lewis taking part in the bike session.
