With no game to prepare for this weekend, the players hit the gym on Tuesday to work on their lower body strength.

The session rounded out a tough day for the players, who arrived at the Club early for a skills and running session out on the oval at the Ricoh Centre.

Following lunch, the players hit the gym in various groups to work on their strength and get ready for their next practice match, against Melbourne on 8 March.
