After a long day of travelling on Sunday where the Hawks arrived in the evening at the Bafokeng Sports Campus in Johannesburg, South Africa, the players completed their first training session at the world-class venue on Monday.

The players were up at 6am for breakfast before heading out onto one of the ovals for a running and skills session.

The session lasted for over two hours as players were put through their paces by the Club's fitness and coaching staff in the South African heat.

In the afternoon, the players were allowed some time off after lunch, where they headed off for a safari as a group at the Pilensburg National Park. There, they saw elephants, lions, zebras, warthogs, giraffes and rhinos up close and in their natural habitat.
