HAWTHORN star Lance Franklin has been nominated for Goal of the Year for the second time this season.
Franklin booted eight goal against the Bombers in his team’s 56-point win on Friday night, but there was one goal in particular that stood out.
Franklin gathered the footy ,which bounced a few meters in front of him and outran two opponents in an attempt to run around onto his left foot and hook the ball through the goals from 50m.
The Hawks star unleashed arguably the goal of the night to bring his tally to four just before half time, with the crowd at Etihad Stadium left in awe of his talents.
