Our fans have spoken. Ben Stratton's game-saving mark from the Preliminary Final win over Geelong has been chosen as the best mark of 2013.
hawthornfc.com.au gave fans the opportunity to vote on five great marks as chosen by HawksTV to crown one the best of 2013, with Stratton’s brilliant pack mark where he came from three deep before he rose above the pack and then into oncoming traffic the overwhelming winner.
Stratton’s mark won with 52.8 per cent of the votes from Luke Breust’s one–hander with 20.7 per cent of the votes.
Jed Anderson’s Qualifying Final hanger came in third (15.4 per cent), Taylor Duryea’s courageous pack mark against Sydney in fourth (7.3 per cent) and Sam Mitchell's one-hander against Brisbane in fifth (3.8 per cent)
