After a long season, finals are upon us and the Hawks are in a good position after finishing as the 2013 minor premiers.

All season, the Club, the players and the supporters have shown why they’re Always Hawthorn but with finals a completely different ball game, it’s time to show why we’re #ALWAYS committed to achieving success.

Throughout the 2013 finals series, #ALWAYS will be the official hashtag used by the Club on Twitter and Instagram, and it will have a presence wherever you see the Hawks in action, whether it be at training or on game day.

#ALWAYS encompasses a number of different things, it tells us that to get to this spot, the players have been #ALWAYS COMMITTED, #ALWAYS RELENTLESS, #ALWAYS COURAGEOUS, #ALWAYS PASSIONATE and #ALWAYS DETERMINED.

Our fans too, have played an integral role in our year, #ALWAYS SUPPORTING the team and flocking to games to see the players in action.

We know our fans are #ALWAYS HAWTHORN and will be on every step of journey this September.
