It was another early start on Thursday in South Africa, as the players hit the track at 6am for their last session at the Bafokeng Sports Campus just outside Johannesburg.

In at first gloomy conditions, the players completed skills training before the sun emerged and training heated up. As the sun broke through, the coaches and fitness staff put the players through more gruelling running sessions that followed some push-up competitions between the group.

The session lasted for approximately two and a half hours before the players headed back inside for some breakfast and a two-hour long bus trip to the airport, en route to the Stellenbosch Academy of Sport near Cape Town.

Their day ended with massage, meetings and dinner before their first session on Friday at their new base for the remainder of the camp.
