Training is well and truly in full swing in South Africa as the players settle in to their new training surroundings on day two of the 12-day camp.
After a big session on day one of training, the players were up again at 6am for breakfast before hitting the track early on Tuesday in wet conditions that made ball handling difficult.
In a tough session that lasted for approximately two hours, the players completed skills drills before more running on the wet track.
After lunch, there was more training in store as the players hit the gym at the Bafokeng Sports Campus to work on their leg muscles.
