Hawthorn’s second interstate hub destination has been revealed, with the Hawks set to travel to Perth to continue their 2020 campaign.
Hawthorn will stay in Sydney for two more weeks, taking on Melbourne this Sunday at GIANTS Stadium, before heading to the SCG in Round 8 to face the Swans.
Hawthorn players, coaches and staff will then pack up in Sydney and board a plane bound for Perth where they will continue their hub-based living.
Round 9 will see the Hawks take on the Blues, as both teams complete their 14-day quarantine periods.

CEO Justin Reeves says the club continues to remain agile and open to the ever-evolving fixture.
“There are so many moving parts in regards to the 2020 fixture, and we’ll continue to embrace whatever comes our way,” Reeves said.
“This latest announcement means we’ll be on the road longer than initially thought, but we understand these are the types of sacrifices necessary to ensure the season can go on.
“In saying this, we understand that this is a significant amount of time for our staff and players to be away from their loved ones, and we’ll continue to provide the support that they require and make sure their wellbeing is our top priority.
“On a positive note, we’ve been able to have small crowds at our games in Sydney, and that will continue on a larger scale as we head to Perth.
“It’s fantastic to have some of our loyal members there in the crowd, and we’ll keep working to provide plenty of inner-sanctum digital coverage to make sure those who aren’t able attend can still feel close to the action.
