Hawthorn has added four names to its Round 7 extended squad set to face the Demons.
Jack Scrimshaw (ankle) and Mitch Lewis (hip) could make their returns from the respective injuries that kept them out of Hawthorn’s Round 6 loss, with both named on Hawthorn’s extended interchange.
Harry Jones could also come in for his second taste of AFL following his Round 5 debut, while Darren Minchington is hopeful of playing his first game in the brown and gold. The 26-year-old's last game was in Round 10 2017 with the Saints.
Jonathon Ceglar has been named to play, with Hawks ruckman expected to be fit for Sunday’s game after suffering a minor crack in his toe in last week’s game.
The side will be trimmed to the final team of 22 on Friday at 5pm.
Hawthorn will meet the Dees at GIANTS Stadium at 3.35pm this Sunday, with the Hawks eager to cement their first win at the venue in front of a home crowd (albeit, a small one!).
