On presentation of a valid 2012 Membership Card Members are entitled to receive complimentary entry for themselves and a guest to Caulfield Racecourse to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Kokoda Campaign.
The race day will feature an eight race program featuring the Group 2 Back to Caulfield P.B Lawrence Stakes, as well as the Legacy Lone Pine Ceremony at 11:00am followed by complimentary morning tea.
Throughout the day, various military displays and Military band performances will be on show, including the Australian National Anthem prior to the running of the commemorative race of the day.
The Melbourne Racing Club is proud to maintain the ‘Back to Caulfield’ tradition through this feature race day as an acknowledgement of the courageous deeds and contributions made for our nation by the men and women of the Australian Defence Force, past and present.
