Hawthorn has named five uncapped players, including ruckman Brent Renouf, in its 28-man squad for Sunday's NAB Cup twilight clash against Melbourne at Telstra Dome.Queenslander Renouf was selected at No 24 in last year's NAB AFL Draft and looms as a likely prospect in 2007, given the Hawks will be without emerging ruckman Max Bailey this year due to a season-ending knee injury sustained in January. The two Beaus – key forward Dowler and midfielder Muston – are also in the mix to play, after injuries halted their first season at the Club in 2006. Dowler suffered a broken pelvis in a car accident before being drafted in 2005, while Muston also came to the Club with an injury, having undergone knee surgery before being drafted by the Hawks. He subsequently missed the 2006 season.Travis Tuck, the son of Club icon and AFL games record holder Michael, has also been named in the initial line-up, while Matt Little, the cousin of Essendon champion James Hird, is also in the extended group. Tuck was claimed as a father-son selection in the 2005 NAB AFL Draft, while Little is entering his third AFL-listed season. The Hawks have rested key defender/forward Trent Croad, while veteran forward Ben Dixon is being groomed for Round one of the premiership season. Hawthorn's first NAB Cup squad includes former skipper and 1999 Brownlow Medallist Shane Crawford, reigning Peter Crimmins Medal Sam Mitchell and captain Richie Vandenberg.Hawthorn squad: 2.
