Hawthorn members can access a pre-sale of tickets one week prior to tickets going on sale to the general public.

Public reserved seating for all matches at Aurora Stadium is expected to sell out well in advance. Please take note of the following important information before attempting to purchase daily tickets to Aurora Stadium.

Hawthorn General Admission members

Members with general admission entitlements (includes all memberships except Tasmanian reserved seat and MCG 3-game) may be refused entry to Aurora Stadium if capacity is reached. In order to guarantee your seat for all games in Tasmania, we advise you to arrive with a Tasmanian reserved seat membership or daily reserved seat ticket for Aurora Stadium.

Hawthorn supporters

The only way to guarantee a seat at Aurora Stadium for Hawks games in 2012 is to purchase a Hawthorn membership with reserved seating. Adult reserved seating starts from $7.90 per month*. View Tasmanian reserved seat packages.

Where is my 12-digit barcode located?
On the reverse side of your 2012 membership card.

I haven’t received my 2012 membership card yet. How do I get my 12-digit barcode number?
Our membership department can give this information to you over the phone. Call 13000 HAWKS  (1300 042 957) to speak to one of our consultants.

How many tickets can I purchase?
There is a limit of 10 tickets per Ticketmaster transaction.

I’m a general-admission member. Is my entry guaranteed?
No. Entry to all venues with a general admission membership is subject to capacity. There are two ways to guarantee your entry:

1.    Upgrade to a Reserved Seat membership
2.    Upgrade to a daily reserved seat through Ticketmaster

I’m a reserved seat holder. How do I sit with friends that do not hold a reserved seat?
You will have to forego your reserved seat for this match and either:

•    Sit with them in General Admission or;
•    Upgrade to a daily reserved seat in their allocation
