Luke Hodge, Sam Mitchell, Jarryd Roughead and Clinton Young have sat down and taken a look at the Qualifying Final victory and given their thoughts on what worked for the Hawks.
Luke Hodge says he knew the Magpies would be hard to beat.
"We expected Collingwood to be hard and be physical. For a relatively young side I thought we handled it pretty well"
Sam Mitchell was happy with the inclusions into the line-up.
"Sav(age) only found out 24 hours before that he was playing, (he was) able to have an impact on the scoreboard. Xavier Ellis was also very good."
Jarryd Roughead believes the hard work the team has put in all year is beginning to pay off.
"That's what the 23 weeks prior are all about, trying to get that double chance and a week off."
Clinton Young enjoyed the way the team played, watching from the coaches box.
"I was very impressed with each line's performance."
