The second City Hawks Luncheon for 2009 was held on Wednesday 27 May with over 260 guests joining host Jeffrey Kennett and special guest speaker Dermott Brereton at the RACV Club Melbourne.
Hawthorn FC 2009 Hall of Fame Inductee Dermott Brereton shared some inside knowledge on his football past and future with great depth and honesty. Following Dermott’s insight into his career, it was the audiences turn with Dermott answering a number of questions relating to football, coaching and life.
Guests, including former Premiership coach David Parkin and former Hawthorn FC player Nick Holland, enjoyed a sumptuous two course lunch and Tamar Ridge wines.
Congratulations to Alister Burley from AOV, Graeme Dawson from Humphries and Cooke and Greg Eldridge from ANZ who were the lucky winners of the three fabulous business card draw prizes on the day.
