Fans logging onto the chat can ask questions and engage with other passionate Hawks as the Club crowns its fairest and best player of season 2012.
The winner will be awarded the Peter Crimmins Medal, recognition for his outstanding contribution to the Hawks' on-field performances this season.
A number of other awards will also be presented on the night, including Most Consistent, Most Promising, Best Clubman and Best Player in Finals.
Highlights packages and season biographies will be uploaded to hawthornfc.com.au as they're announced.
Coach Alastair Clarkson, Captain Luke Hodge and President Andrew Newbold will address the guests. Their speeches will be streamed LIVE and will be available on demand.
