Alec Campbell Cup
Hawthorn and Sydney will compete for the Alec Campbell Cup in honour of the last known survivor of the Gallipoli campaign. Alec Campbell, 103, passed away on May 16 2002 and as a Tasmanian, his daughter, Felicity Tangney will present the Cup to the winning team.
Frank MacDonald Medal
The player whose "conduct and play during the game best exemplifies the ANZAC spirit - skill, courage in adversity, self-sacrifice, team work and fair play" will be awarded the Frank MacDonald Medal. The medal is awarded in honour of Australia’s oldest World War I veteran and last surviving serviceman to have been cited for bravery in that war, passing away at 107 years on the August 23 2003.

Hawks Central
Located inside gate 1, Hawks Central offers interactive fun for fans featuring the #1 Fan Zone and the Champions Sports Bar at all Tassie Hawks home games.
Hawks Central will open three hours prior to the first bounce and closes at the conclusion of the 5th Quarter post-match function.

Membership information
Hawthorn General Admission members
Scan your membership card at the gate for general admission entry to the ground (subject to capacity). For daily reserved seating, members will need to upgrade to a reserved seat through Ticketmaster.
Hawthorn Reserved Seat members
Scan your membership card at the turnstiles and proceed to your reserved seat. Seat locations are printed on the back of your membership card.
Any member who has purchased a membership after Sunday 22 April may be required to collect a ticket from the Membership marquee outside gate 2 if they don’t already have their card.
The Club will not be able to issue entry tickets to members who forget to bring their membership card to Aurora Stadium.
Purchasing membership on match-day
Memberships will be available to purchase at match-day marquees located outside gates 2 and 3. To avoid queues, however, supporters are advised to arrange their membership prior to match-day or arrive at the venue early.
Memberships can be collected outside gate 2.

2012 HawksNest merchandise and 2012 memberships will be available to purchase from the Hawks Central marquee. A sausage sizzle will be available by Rotary Tasmania, while Club mascot Hudson ‘Hawka’ Knights will be in attendance. Face painting and giveaways will also be available.

HawkWalk to Aurora
To celebrate the first Hawthorn match at Aurora Stadium for 2012, all Tassie Hawks are invited to join the inaugural Hawk Walk to Aurora before the match against Sydney. Club mascot Hawka will lead the march accompanied by the Launceston RSL Band, starting at City Park in Launceston and marching down Invermay Road to Aurora Stadium.
Hawks supporters of all ages are welcome to join the Walk.

Departure: 12.00pm - Aurora Stadium arrival at approximately 12.10pm
Parking: Free parking at the Willis Street car park (next to gasworks) will be reserved for the walkers.
Raise your scarf
“Raise Your Scarf” is a new pre-match ritual commencing this Sunday at Aurora Stadium. Make sure you bring your 2012 members scarf to the footy so you can be involved. Watch the big screen prior to the first bounce and “Raise Your Scarf” to show your support for the mighty Hawks!
Guard of Honour
Look out for our Junior Hawk Guard of Honour pre-game where 12 children will welcome the Hawks onto the ground. This week, we’ve selected participants from the Northern Tasmanian Junior Football Association.
Wall of Fame
Hawthorn is set to unveil a new landmark at Aurora Stadium, the Tassie Hawks Wall of Fame. A visual display on the wall of the new stand will honour the seven Tasmanian-born Hawthorn premiership players, including Grant Birchall, Rodney Eade, Paul Hudson, Peter Hudson, Ian Paton, Darrin Pritchard, and Colin Robertson.
As part of the display, there will be 200 plaques available for members to purchase that will assist the ‘Hawthornisation’ of Aurora Stadium. Each plaque will be inscribed with the member’s name and personalised message displayed for perpetuity. Cost is $250 per plaque incl. GST.
