Just off the West Tamar Highway the Launceston Christian School is a large school from Kinder to year twelve, the Hawks in Schools team sat down with 200 students from years 2-6 to discuss being healthy, active and following the Move Well Eat Well guidelines for schools.

All 200 students embraced the Move Well Eat Well concept, they were encouraged to plant foods in their lunchboxes that are an array of coloured fruits and vegtables, lessons from the Active Kids eWorkbook assisted them to find the foods they can Plant in their lunchbox everyday.

Hawka also enjoyed learning about this concept and talking to the children about what they liked to take in their school lunch box.
